General properties
  • very good mechanical properties
  • very good thermostability (approx. 15°C higher glass transition temperature than PEEK)
  • can be processed at lower temperatures than PEEK (approx. 40°C lower melting temperature than PEEK)
Physical properties:
  • Density (ISO1183): 1,27 g/cm³
  • Glass transition temperature (ISO11357): 160 °C
  • Melting temperature: 300-305 °C
Mechanical properties: (Inj. moulded test specimens)
  • Tensile strength at 23°C (ISO527): 88 N/mm²
  • Tensile elongation at 23°C (ISO527): >80 %
  • Tensile modulus (ISO527): 2900 N/mm²
